Million Accounting Software allow user send invoices using email to customer. Sender need to perform several settings in order to send the email. Sender need to generate the app password for their email account before send the invoice by email in Million Accounting Software. Different email account has different method to generate the app password. This topic only show how to generate app password for gmail only.
Step 1: Generate app password for the email account

Step 3: Preview invoice in PDF and send through Email
Step 1: Generate app password for the email account
1. Login the sender email in Google Chrome. Then click on account management
2. Select the Security feature
3. Click on 2-Step Verification
4 Select the App passwords and click it
5. Key in the app name in the column
6. Click on Create button to generate the app password
7. App password for the email account already successful generated. This password will use in the Million Accounting Software for setting the sender email.
NOTES: Remember to write down this password in notepad or otherside
Step 2: Set company email address in user account
1. Go to System then Administrative Tools
2. Select the User Account
3. Click on OK button
4. Select the User Account from the list
5. Click on Edit button
6. Enter the company email address in the column
7. Enter the app password that already generate in Step 1
8. Select the SMTP server according to the type of email
9. Click on Save button
Step 3: Preview invoice in PDF and send through Email
1. Go to Sales and select Invoice
2. Select an invoice and click on Print
3. Select format and click on PDF.
4. Tick option send the file through email
5. Click on Email button
6. Enter receiver email address
7. Enter Subject for the email
8. Click on Send button
9. Click on Yes button
10. Confirm the sender email and click on OK button
11. System shown message if email successfully sent.
