This topic shown user how to set database backup reminder when user exit Million Accounting Software.
Step 1: Access to backup database to set backup interval period.

Step 1: Access to backup database to set backup interval period.
1. Go to System then Backup Database
2. Click on Option wording
3. Enter interval day
NOTES: This is the period of days system prompt out reminder to user. If enter 2 days, system prompt the reminder after 2 days from the Last Backup date.
4. System displayed default backup date as 01/01/1900, this means user haas perform first time backup in order to capture existing date.
5. Click OK.
6. Click OK to exit
Step 2: Perform first time backup
1. Go to System then Backup Database
2. Click OK
3. Click Yes
4. Click OK
5. After backup, system has changed the default last backup date into current date.
6. Click OK to exit
Step 3: System prompt backup reminder
1. When user click on Exit button to exit database.
2. Click on Yes
3. Click on Yes
4. System prompt out backup reminder (this message is depend on the interval days user has set before), click on OK to continue backup process.
