Basic Concept of Payroll System

Payroll systems included 3 types of system which is Attendance system, Payroll system and Human Resource Management (HRM).

Attendance systems are commonly used to calculate an employee’s OT and record the employee’s shift records.

Payroll systems are used to calculate EPF, Socso & PCB and wages.

Human Resource Management(HRM) is used to record employee profiles, including academic qualifications, what courses have been taken, employee complaints, KPIs, etc.
