In Million payroll system, there were these kinds of leave included as shown as table below.

In Employment Act 60(A): The new Section 18A provides that the formula to be used to calculate the wages due in these circumstances is:

(1) Every employee shall be entitled to a paid holiday at his ordinary rate of pay on the following days in any one calendar year:
(a) On eleven of the gazetted public holidays, five of which shall be-
- The National Day
- The Birthday of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong
- The Birthday of the Ruler of the Yang di-Pertuan Negeri
- The Workers’ Day
- Malaysia Day
