About The Role

Keep website content accurate, useful, and professionally presented.

As a Web Design & System Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating company websites, publishing event information, updating promotion and campaign details, supporting SEO activities, and assisting with web application testing before deployment.

You will work closely with the management team, marketing team, support team, and developers to ensure website content, promotion updates, event pages, and web-based systems are properly maintained.

You will help ensure our websites, campaigns, events, SEO, and web applications stay current and professional.

Website Management

Maintain company websites, update product information, publish announcements, and keep pages accurate.

Event & Calendar Updates

Update training schedules, workshops, seminars, webinars, launches, event pages, and calendars.

SEO Optimization

Support on-page SEO, meta titles, keywords, internal links, website audits, and content readability.

Promotion Updates

Update campaign pages, banners, offers, call-to-action sections, and remove expired promotions.

Testing & Quality Checking

Test websites, portals, web applications, new features, fixes, and user experience before go-live.

Digital Coordination

Coordinate with teams, confirm details, document issues, and keep website changes organized.

Website Management & Content Updates

You will help maintain the company websites and ensure all information is accurate, updated, and presented professionally.

  • Maintain and update company websites regularly.
  • Ensure all website information remains accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
  • Upload and manage new product information.
  • Update software announcements, service offerings, blog articles, company news, and important notices.
  • Update website content based on company activities, business requirements, and internal instructions.
  • Make sure website content is aligned with company branding and business positioning.
  • Review website pages regularly to identify outdated information or content that needs improvement.

Event & Calendar Management

You will manage company event information on the website and ensure event schedules are updated accurately and promptly.

  • Update company event information on the website.
  • Maintain training course schedules, workshops, seminars, webinars, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Manage and update event calendars.
  • Ensure event dates, times, venues, registration details, and descriptions are accurate.
  • Create and publish event landing pages.
  • Monitor event information and update changes promptly when required.
  • Archive completed events and maintain organized records of past events on the website.

Web Application Testing & Quality Assurance

You will support testing and quality checking for company web applications, portals, and web-based solutions before deployment.

  • Conduct testing for company web applications, portals, and web-based systems.
  • Perform functional testing to ensure system features work as expected.
  • Support user acceptance testing, UAT, based on business requirements.
  • Conduct usability testing to ensure the system is user-friendly.
  • Work closely with developers to verify fixes.
  • Retest corrected issues to ensure problems are resolved.
  • Assist in testing newly developed features, modules, and system enhancements.
  • Ensure web-based solutions meet company requirements before going live.

SEO Management & Digital Optimization

You will assist in improving website visibility and supporting the company’s online presence through SEO and digital optimization activities.

  • Implement and maintain on-page SEO best practices.
  • Update meta titles, meta descriptions, keywords, headings, and internal links.
  • Optimize website content to improve readability and search engine performance.
  • Monitor website SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Conduct regular website and SEO audits.
  • Identify areas for improvement in website traffic, page performance, and search visibility.
  • Research SEO keywords and content strategies to support organic traffic growth.
  • Work with the team to ensure website updates also support SEO performance.

Promotion & Campaign Websites Update

You will be responsible for updating company promotions and campaign-related information on the website whenever there are ongoing offers, special packages, or marketing campaigns.

  • Update website pages when the company has new promotions, campaigns, or special offers.
  • Update website banners, call-to-action sections, and promotion-related content when there are active campaigns.
  • Ensure promotion information on the website is accurate, clear, and consistent with the company’s latest offer.
  • Coordinate with the management or marketing team to confirm promotion details before publishing.
  • Ensure customers can easily find the latest offers, packages, and campaign information on the website.
  • Remove, update, or archive expired promotions to avoid outdated information remaining on the website.
